Bahar Oganer will launch her solo-exhibition titled “You’ve Got a Message!” between April 9 – May 2 at MERKUR.

​The artist Bahar Oganer establishes a tale-like narrative with figures and depictions of nature which surround them in her first solo-show at MERKUR including her most recent works. Providing an infinite background, depictions of nature move Oganer paintings to a fresh and indefinite ground. Communicating directly with the audience instead of taking an evasive glance, the colorful image of the female figure and the monochrome nature depictions create a sense of eternity.
